Well, while running, your Mac OS regularly makes use of a ‘virtual memory’ created on your hard drive. The virtual memory works as RAM if the application memory gets overwhelmed. When full, there is no room for expansion, and thus your Mac runs out of application memory.

To run OS X, you need to purchase a Mac. Doing otherwise would be against Apple's license agreement which provides for installing and using OS X on an Apple branded/labeled computer only that isn't likely to change anytime soon if ever. Apple is a computer company that sells its own hardware and OS/Software with the majority of revenue based on hardware so Apple has hardware sales to protect. The only way to do so anyway is via a hack of some sort and even if successful, much would not be supported and overall performance would not be worth the effort so you are stuck with Windoze until you purchase a Mac.
